Nicolas Jacobs is the Co-Chairman of Jacobs Capital, a professional investment firm and the reference shareholder of Barry Callebaut. Prior he served as the Co-Chairman of Jacobs Holding.

He is also the Co-Founder of an entrepreneurial growth investment company. Furthermore, Nicolas is a Board Member of Barry Callebaut and previously served as Managing Director of the company’s cocoa and chocolate operations in South America.

Earlier in his career, Nicolas worked in investment banking and later became Senior Director of Global M&A and Development at Restaurant Brands International, Inc. (RBI).

He holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich, a Master of Finance from the London Business School, and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
