Rafael joined predecessor firm Jacobs Holding in 2022 and holds the ultimate responsibility for finance, tax, structuring, legal and HR.

Before joining Jacobs Holding Rafael held senior positions in investment banking and as an attorney at law. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Law from the University of Fribourg.
